Registration Policy:-

• Registration Policy

  1. Online registration must be completed by 15th May 2026. Please visit our official website at www.acu.com.pk to register.

  2. Conference Registration is mandatory for all delegates, faculty and accompanying persons including children above the age of 5 years.

  3. Please ensure to wear registration badge (Bar Coded) in the conference area.

  4. Preferred mode of payment: Cross cheque / Demand Draft. We are not accepting cheques for registration, hence do not opt this payment mode as the cheque will not be entertained.

  5. Registration is non-transferable.

  6. A delegate must bring registration receipt on conference day at registration desk.

  7. For onsite registrations: Payment mode will be cash only.

  8. Delegate kit would be handed over only to the registered delegate. Only in exceptional cases, the kit would be handed over to any representative authorized by the Registered Delegate with a copy of signed Authorized Registration receipt.

  9. The organizer will not be responsible for any change in date of the conference.

  10. The organizer will not be responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings.

  11. Online registration will be closed on 15thMay 2026. Further registration will start at the conference venue as “Onsite Registration" category only.

  Registration Cancellation Policy

  1. Organizers reserve the right to reject a registration if found violation of registration rules and can reassign them to a registration category in which they may deem fit.

  2. All cancellation requests should be made in writing and sent to 26-ACU 2025 Secretariat.

  3. Payment shall be refunded after 45 days of the conference.

  4. No refund, if cancelled after 20th May 2026.
